Next Mile Driver Training will begin local operations in April 2026, from its new base in Chippenham, serving Swindon and Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire and parts of Oxfordshire and Hampshire. Recognised for its professional, safety-led approach, the consultancy is moving into the area to deliver trusted driver training and consultancy services for both businesses and individuals.
Founded by Mel Higgins, an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), specialising in performance and advanced driving, and instructor tuition, Next Mile Driver Training has been providing instructor training since 2018 and has built a reputation for clarity, professionalism, and credibility. Mel is also co-founder of Doris Archer Motorsport and race driver.
